30 days, for any reason
If a license isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle handles refunds. Find your order at paddle.net with the email address on your receipt and ask for a refund there. You can also email us at support@decibelone.com and we will ask Paddle for you.
Paddle returns the money to the way you paid.
After a refund
The license is cancelled, and the app goes back to saying "Student, teacher and non-pro use". Every feature keeps working for free use.
Your rights
This policy adds to your rights under the consumer law where you live, such as the 14-day right to cancel in the EU and the UK. It never takes them away.
